Our values are the ideas we live by
- They’re how we hire the right people.
- How we communicate with colleagues and coworkers.
- How we make decisions.
- How we hold ourselves accountable.
Values are our compass.
Our values point through obstacles towards our destination, no matter how much stands in our way. With these principles to guide us, we can always arrive at the best decision — and we can help our customers get there, too.
... to our customers & employees. Our customer’s success is not an option — it is our moral responsibility and duty. When our customers succeed, we succeed, so their happiness is at the center of all we do. We extend the same priority to our employees. We consider their needs first and go above and beyond to ensure their wellbeing.
We strive to act truthfully, ethically, and honorably, and always do the right thing. Our motto is honesty: unconditionally, and always. Behaving ethically is a critical and elemental part of our success. We do the right thing simply because there is no alternative.
We are givers — we contribute to others without seeking anything in return. We strive to take nothing for granted. We believe that when we act in gratitude, we are making a conscious effort to achieve the most fulfilling outcomes in every situation. We deeply value our humanity — it inspires us to be real with one another and accepting of our differences.
Our primary drive is to generate breakthrough ideas and convert them into solutions. We respect innovation over tradition. We innovate to deliver superior customer value, advance our competitive position, and improve how we achieve our internal accomplishments. "Impossible" challenges are a product of the mind; the right motivation, experimentation, and use of technology can overcome them.
Transparency & Trust
We’re transparent in all we do. This transparency allows us to build trust. Trust enables speed, and speed means more opportunities to improve upon our biggest strengths. We trust that our differences make us stronger, and so we seek reason within every difference of perspective.
“Empower” is an action word, allowing us to embrace change and destroy the obsolete. When we have a sense of accountability, paired with a feeling of empowerment, we’re able to make decisions and act quickly. We recognize that failure is inevitable. But, these are opportunities to learn valuable lessons, acknowledge our role in the failure, and be active in the recovery from them.
True leaders achieve success by enabling the success of others. They acknowledge the strength of the team and each member that’s a part of it. Leaders know that no one person is right all the time, and that it’s critical to give credit when and where it’s due.
We recognize that we are all human. We take interest in and embrace each other’s individuality. We stay true to who we are, stand up for what we believe in, and are always mindful of others. Our commitment to authenticity allows us to inspire one another and makes our work more meaningful, interesting and fun.
Improvement & Learning
Self-improvement comes from introspection. We intensely focus on how we can operate more effectively and efficiently, iterating on our practices with each opportunity. We are lifelong learners, to help us grow, improve our skills and knowledge, and build stronger customers as we build a stronger company.
