How does your team determine the right amount of work in the sprint?  Is that approach working in your given situation?

In this video post, I explore the various ways that a team can reflect on their sprint plan before committing.  I start with the most lightweight and progress to more rigorous (and hopefully more precise) methods.  The approaches are:
