Today I wanted to share a little story with you.  This story is about an organization following an agile approach to work on a new feature.  Now they’re using this great agile management tool which allows them to plan, collaborate, and execute toward their software delivery goal.  They’ve already received feedback from the stakeholders on what they would like to get delivered.  As the team is starting to collaborate about this feature within their tool, they realize that they may need some additional input from one of their external stakeholders.

YIKES…the team just realized the external stakeholder isn’t a user in the agile tool and is very hard to track down.  How can they easily get this stakeholder’s input and provide him/her the full context of their conversations so far?

Hmm this story sounds really familiar, ehh?
