Introducing our Feature Request Process

As a company making enterprise tools for Continuous Delivery and Devops, we naturally dogfood our own tools. Even more importantly, if you ask me, we are trying to "live" CD through frequent preview releases, regular feedback and by maintaining an ongoing dialog with our users. A key component of this dialog is an open and clear process for submitting and evaluating feature requests. This is an area that we've been looking to improve for a while now, and today I'm happy to announce that we're publishing our feature request process. Another critical element is providing visibility and insight into the status and delivery of planned features, fixes and updates. That is the goal of our new Development Dashboard, which we are getting ready and hope to make available in January 2015. We feel that, like every other part of the CD feedback loop, both of these are "works in progress" that can always be improved, so we welcome your comments and suggestions. Check out the explanation of the feature request process and take a look at the preview of the Development Dashboard. We look forward to your feedback!
