New Balance, one of the largest makers of sports footwear in the world, has teamed up with Apperian, the pioneer of mobile application management, to achieve more productivity and efficiency through the use of mobility.

The company has recently tapped Apperian for its rollout of hundreds of iPads across its global sales team.
New Balance is an American footwear manufacturer based in Boston, Massachusetts. Founded in 1906, it has since become one of the largest makers of sports footwear in the world. New balance maintains a strong manufacturing presence in the United States, and focuses on differentiating their products with technical features such as gel inserts, heel counters, and a large selection of sizes.
Apperian’s EASE platform now sits at the center of New Balance’s new mobile strategy. “Now, New Balance’s sales force has secure access to timely business information from wherever they are, which has an impact on customer experience and sales,” says David Patrick, CEO at Apperian.
