How long is a research study?
Each session varies in length but generally lasts between 30 – 60 minutes, depending upon the research study you sign up for.

What takes place during a research study?
When you sign up, you can choose the types of studies that interest you. Here’s some information about the different studies and how they work:

User Interviews
You’ll meet one-on-one with a Digital.ai researcher who’ll ask you questions, have you use a new or existing product, and then get your feedback.

Surveys
For these studies, we’ll send you a survey form to complete. Please note that we don’t typically offer a gift for participating in a survey.

Usability Study
In these studies, we’ll gather your feedback using a screen-sharing session with a researcher or a website where you can try something out on your own. You can be almost anywhere worldwide but need a high-speed internet connection.

When and how often will I be contacted?
We can't guarantee that you'll be invited to participate in a study; even if we do, it may take some time. For example, we may not have a match for you now, but we may contact you in nine months when we launch a new study that is a perfect fit.

How will I receive research invitations?
You will receive invitations by email, and you can decide if it works for you. Every session is different, and it’s always up to you if you want to participate. There is no obligation to participate.

How do I join the customer insights research panel?
It’s easy. Just fill out this sign-up form.

What will you do with my personal information?
The information you provide will only be used to match you with relevant research studies and won’t be shared or sold to external parties. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.

I’m an existing panel member. Can I update my information?
Yes. Just re-submit the sign-up form, and we'll update your information.
