Happy Developers = Productivity

Enterprise Agile Planning
I can’t count the number of times I’ve spoken with agile development managers who complain about their team not updating their status. This doesn’t surprise me.  Developers like to focus on what’s most important to them, and that’s coding.  You’ll almost always get pushback when asking the dev team to stop doing what they like so they can switch to another application to provide updates. What would you say if I were to tell you that we can provide a viable solution to make both sides happy?  You’d probably respond with one of the following: LIAR, THAT’S IMPOSSIBLE! THAT’S A CRUEL JOKE!! It’s no joke, my friend.  Any time I encounter this scenario, I point the individual to our IDE integrations.  Our IDE integrations allow agile developers to sign up for work, update status and view work for different projects, all while staying in the comfort of their IDE. You get the status updates you want, while they get to stay in their zone!Visual Studio IntegrationEclipse Integration
