Visit CollabNet at the Cloud Expo in New York June 7-9
The 2016 Cloud Expo has begun! It runs June 7-9 at the Javits Center in New York City. This year’s expo features a DevOps track with some of the industry’s most dynamic speakers sharing experiences from organizations of all types and sizes along the DevOps journey.
Today’s enterprise environments are very distributed with teams spread across the globe. Software development and delivery in these environments requires more than just point solutions for ALM and DevOps. As a result, more and more companies in the software business are seeing the need for a more collaborative and unifying management platform that supports Agile and enables development teams to collaborate across the lifecycle as well as to increase visibility and traceability for delivering higher-quality products at speed. Organizations must be able to manage tools, process and people globally, while empowering teams to act in their local environment.
If you are attending, I encourage you to come by and see our CEO Flint Brenton present, “DevOps in an Open and Heterogeneous World,” on June 7 at the show. This session will outline strategies for bringing collaborative unity to a continuously changing, fragmented and disparate set of technologies and processes within common community architecture.
Here is a quote from Flint on the challenges facing today’s organizations:
“Keeping pace with advancements in today’s software delivery processes is taxing – even for the most proficient organizations. Events like the International Cloud Expo provide a forum to help companies exchange ideas on what is most relevant to deliver value, reduce IT complexity, create more repeatable Agile-based processes and leverage increasingly secure and stable, cloud-based infrastructure platforms.”
